《保存方法》：

《施工说明》：

1.每平方米石板的粘贴面积≥105平方厘米，用胶厚度≥3毫米，石板重量和厚度超过标准时，应加大粘贴面积。

2.干挂胶固化初干期不能负载重荷。

3.粘贴表面应清洁干燥，无尘埃及油渍，牢固而不松散。

4.粘贴表面过于光滑必须作粗糙处理。粘贴表面影响粘合效果的物质（金属面油漆，浮锈层等）必须清除。

5.施工温度：>10℃<40℃

6.粘合件施工固定后不可再作移动；如需移动，必须重新调胶粘贴。

7.在施工中如需焊接安装时，焊接点与胶粘贴处位置应保持3cm以上的距离

《使用限制》：

•不适用于磨砂或潮湿表面

•不适合全年连续洪水或潮湿地区

•当材料表面温度低于5ºC或超过40ºC时，不适合施工

•不适用于所有会渗出油脂、增塑剂或溶剂的材料，如油浸木材表面等

《使用方法》：

1.施工前表面处理：粘合基材的表面必须保持清洁、干燥和无污垢。金属表面应除锈。如果石材或金属表面过于光滑，应适当打磨光滑表面。

2.混合过程：

步骤一：

用油灰刀分别取出等量A和B组分干挂胶

将A和B胶分别按照1:1的比例混合

充分混合搅拌至完全均匀

步骤二：

用合适的工具将混合好的胶涂于需粘贴的材料表面

将粘结的材料相互固定在一起加以适当挤压，以确保粘合剂和粘贴的材料完全接触

建议在A部分和B部分彻底混合后15分钟之内使用完。混合后的初始固化时间为30-60分钟，并在24小时内完全固化，固化初期不能负载重荷。

《注意事项》：

1. 使用时避免接触眼睛。如果接触眼睛，应立即用大量的清水冲洗并咨询医生。
2. 注意应在通风的环境下施工
3. 未使用的产品应远离儿童
4. 本产品必须远离火源、热源，避免雨淋和日晒

 

《关于AB干挂胶问题》：

1.问：冬季气温低，AB干挂胶可能出现很难搅拌时，该如何解决?

答:冬天气温低，可以将A和B组份包装桶分别放在热水中浸泡数分钟或放在30~50℃左右的加热箱中加热分钟，待胶体温度升高，再取同等量搅拌均匀即可使用。

2. 问：AB干挂胶使用在家庭室内是否有毒?

答:干挂胶具有环氧特点，用在室内、外均是安全的，胶固化后本身无毒而且无甲醛“三苯”等有害物质释放。

3. AB干挂胶碰到物品时能否清洗? 该如何清洗?

《Construction Instructions》:

1. The paste area of each square meter of slate is ≥105 square centimeters, and the thickness of the glue used is ≥3 mm. When the weight and thickness of the slate exceed the standard, the paste area should be increased.

2. The dry hanging glue can not be loaded with heavy load during the initial drying period.

3. The sticking surface should be clean and dry, free of dust and oil stains, firm but not loose.

4. The paste surface is too smooth and must be roughened. Substances (metallic paint, rusty layer, etc.) that affect the bonding effect on the sticking surface must be removed.

5. Construction temperature: >10℃<40℃

6. The adhesive parts cannot be moved after construction and fixed; if they need to be moved, they must be re-adjusted and pasted.

7. When welding and installation are required during construction, the distance between the welding point and the glue sticking position should be more than 3cm.

 

《Restrictions on Use》:

• Not suitable for frosted or wet surfaces

《Instructions》:

1. Surface treatment before construction: The surface of the bonded substrate must be kept clean, dry and free of dirt. The metal surface should be derusted. If the stone or metal surface is too smooth, the smooth surface should be polished appropriately.

2. Mixing process:

Step one:

Use a putty knife to take out the same amount of dry hanging glue of A and B components respectively

Mix A and B glues in a ratio of 1:1

Mix well and stir until completely uniform

Step two:

Use a suitable tool to apply the mixed glue to the surface of the material to be pasted.

Fix the bonded materials together and appropriately squeeze them to ensure that the adhesive and the pasted materials are in complete contact.

It is recommended to use it up within 15 minutes after thoroughly mixing Part A and Part B. The initial curing time after mixing is 30-60 minutes, and it is fully cured within 24 hours, and the initial curing time cannot be loaded with heavy loads.

1. Question: How to solve the problem when the temperature is low in winter and the AB dry-hanging glue may be difficult to mix?

Answer: The temperature is low in winter. You can soak the packaging barrels of components A and B in hot water for a few minutes or heat them in a heating box at about 30~50℃ for minutes. When the temperature of the colloid increases, take the same amount and stir. Ready to use evenly.

2. Question: Is AB dry hanging glue toxic when used in the home?

Answer: Dry hanging glue has the characteristics of epoxy, it is safe to use indoors and outdoors. After the glue is cured, it is non-toxic and has no harmful substances such as formaldehyde and "triphenyl".
